This short course is aimed at Women in Leadership or those who are emerging into Leadership positions. The existing global crisis has presented unique challenges for women and some are coping better than others. This course will explore coping strategies and opportunities that every crisis presents if we can pause to see them. We will also share some key tips on how to cultivate a personal leadership brand that is rooted in both warmth and competence.

- The attributes, skills and knowledge that enables women to take advantage of opportunities
- Developing a personal leadership brand that honours your true self
- Key tips on personal care and resilience for future success
