On Thursday 31st January 2019 we will welcome Jim Stapleton of Eolas who will provide a short presentation on Employee Wellbeing - Attracting & Retaining Staff in 2019 & Beyond.
It’s not a new phenomenon to have employees in their 20s and their 60s working together but it could be argued that the differences in life experiences, values and attitudes of these generations have never been so different. And at the same time as millennials are on track to make up half of the workforce in just two years’ time, baby boomers are putting off retirement, with many staying in work past the age of 65.
This seminar is designed to look at the most recent trends affecting employee’s overall wellbeing – physical, emotional and financial – and proposes initiatives that organisations can take to help to improves the overall wellbeing culture within their workplaces.Â
Eolas Money, a financial planning and wellbeing practice, has been helping both personal and corporate clients throughout Ireland improve their financial wellbeing and navigate through the myriad of financial decisions that life throws at us for the past 10 years.
