AT WHAT POINT DOES YOUR COMPANY NEED HR KNOWLEDGE?
Knowing when to take the HR plunge is essential for continued successful growth in your business. Are you at the stage that you have too many hats and not enough head space?
Answer these three simple questions:
1. Can you keep on top of changes to employment law?
2. Do your employees whether it is 1 or 100 have contracts of employments? YES NO
3. Are you spending too long on personnel issues? YES NO
If you have answered NO to any of the above it is worth considering practical and specific training and equipping your company with the necessary skills to handle your human resources requirements internally.
Why not check out County Tipperary Skillnet QQI level 6 programme - Human Resources Management which will provide practical training and mentoring giving you the chance to focus on with what matters most; concentrating more on growing your business rather than hoping what you are doing satisfies legal requirements and that your policies and procedures are in line with current employment law?
End Result: Peace of mind and Security of Compliance
1. Employment Law – Job concept to termination;
2. HR Documentation, Processes & Procedures;
3. How to Review Current Documentation and Practices;
4. Compliance Audit & Health Check - Audit & Health check Report including recommendations;
