Most Change Management focuses on understanding and overcoming the structural or process barriers only. This two-hour case study provides the attendees with an autobiographical practical journey showing how change solutions that uncover the personal and social barriers that silently prevent change from happening lead to stronger change momentum and potential to scale.
By applying a scientific approach to change, we marry the best innovative social science tools with a range of technical problem-solving tools.
The result, a change that is inclusive of the social and technical contributors to change, that is sustainable for all our clients.
The workshop will cover the following:
- Short introduction to Lorcan, his profile, KPI’s that he owned and problems that he encountered.
- Quality Enhancement Journey/Change Management- All change starts with a need, followed by an action and a result. This section is an autobiographical conversation detailing the Quality enhancement journey that Lorcan was challenged with and how he uncovered the skills to harness the social environment as part of the change management.
- Introducing 6 box methodology-how Lorcan used a tool called the 6 box to harness the social environment for the change required.
